Workout: Wed

i was slack today and only did a light 5 min bike workout and 10 mins of abs. My legs and arms are sore from my last 2 workouts. I really hammered my chest on monday and my legs on tuesday :)

Hopefully i’m recovered for tomorrow’s upper body workout (bicepts/back).

Did 20 mins of HITT cardio on my exercise bike this morning.

Workout: Shoulders & Traps

Did my shoulders and traps today. Workout consisted of the following:

5min warup and stretches.

Lat Pull down 3*8*85kg

DB Shoulder press 6/5/4 * 15kg

Side Laterial Raise 3*8* 7.5kg

Shoulder shrugs 3*10* 17.5kg

I did stretches inbetween sets however did not do any stretches after my workout :(
