Cardio

I have decided to do cardio 3 times per week now.  I now do a workout everyday, including sunday.  Hopefully this will help me to cut down a little faster.  I have also taken more effort to watch my diet, and eat more at breakfast and taper off towards the end of the day.

Tonights workout

I will be changing up tonights workout (Back and Bicepts) as i will be using my friends gym at his apartment complex.  I’m not sure what i will be doing yet as i dont know what equipment is there, however i will still be targeting my back and bi’s.  Since the gym is mostly a big multistation i’m assumaing that most of my workout will involve mostly cable work and little or no use of free weights (not sure if there are any free weights there).  I guess this will allow me to target slightly different muscles from my usual workout.

Have been doing my workouts as usual since my last post and have started to use my whey powder + malto/dex as a post workout shake.  Todays workout i did my cardio, however is was so hot today i didn’t go as hard as i usually do :(

Anyways, looking forward to my lifting session tomorrow.

I did my cardio today, 20mins on the exercise bike.  I ate 1 hour before i did my workout today.

Did my legs today, didnt do as many sets as i did last week, mostly did 2 sets per exercise.  Hopefully i wont be as sore this week, last week my legs had DOMS for about 3-4 days.

I took my measurements today and can see that i have thinned out a little over the past 4 weeks. i will have to create a new page to show my progress - maybe if i feel fancy i will do up some graphs.

Did 20mins of Cardio on my exercise bike first thing this morning, i was so buggered after it and i was feeling a bit sick in the gut - maybe because i had not eaten anything..?

I did not do any abs today :(

Apart from that i’m feeling good now, my arms are not sore from yesturdays workout - might have to try and go harder next time. I still have some DOMS in my legs from the last leg workout! i think those deadlifts did it - have not done them for ages.

I have also ordered some whey powder, so hopefully i will receive it on monday and can start adding it to my diet.

Did my back and biceps today.  Was a good workout.  Was still feeling sore today from my last 2 workouts, esp my legs.
