Doing more at the gym

I am now doing a boxing class 2 times a week and hitting the gym 3 times a week. This should help me achieve my goal as long as i keep an eye on my food intake.
My weekly schedule looks like this –
Mon, wed, fri = Gym (weights)
tues, thurs = boxing.

I may need to reanalyse my diet as it has been fairly constant over the past 6+ months, however it may be time for some tweeking.

I also have to seriously reconsider this goal of achieving my abs as i have been trying to cut down to 9% bodyfat for many months now – my original goal was to get abs by the end of last year. However it is now march and i still feel that i am no closer to reaching my goal as i did at the start of the year. Maybe i should just start to bulk.?

Anyways, i now have a more constant workout regime, and at the end of the month I will see where it takes me.

New Program & Diet

My new program and diet have been updated on the “My current program” and “Diet” pages.  I decided to continue on with a 4 day split, i found it too difficult to try and figure out a 2 day program as i felt i would not be able to get a solid workout as i would only be able to work the core muscle groups.

Anyways the program is not 100% finished, it still needs some tweeking ans will probably change slightly.

Body for Life

Started reading Body for life and got up to Part 3 - page 33. Getting a bit late so i think i will go to bed and i will aim to finish it tomorrow.

I also added some more goals to my list. Most of them are not really goals, more dreams - since they are not yet well defined and dont have deadlines, however some dreams are life long goals and therefore dont really have a deadline. Anyways off to bed for me…
