Comments:

I have not been doing enough cardio workouts this month and my progress has slowed down.

Also have been missing weights workouts, usually only get to do around 2 or 3 workouts per week.

I have gone down to 69.8Kg ! which is low for me.

and i am down to 11.8% body fat.

Finally below the 12% mark.

the quest for 9% body fat continues, cant wait to see my abs!
