I will be changing up tonights workout (Back and Bicepts) as i will be using my friends gym at his apartment complex. I’m not sure what i will be doing yet as i dont know what equipment is there, however i will still be targeting my back and bi’s. Since the gym is mostly a big multistation i’m assumaing that most of my workout will involve mostly cable work and little or no use of free weights (not sure if there are any free weights there). I guess this will allow me to target slightly different muscles from my usual workout.

I feel as though my progress has reached a platoue regarding fat loss. I feel as though i have been slacking off over the christmas/new year period and have been eating more then i should. I also fear that i may have been taking too much dextrose/malto in my PWO shake - as i did not have access to kitchen scales (i bought a kitchen scale today
). Anyways i will endevour to watch my intake more and hopefully the results will follow…
I guess it has not all been that bad, firstly, i have not missed a workout and thats something i will continue on doing within the new year. Secondly, i have seen results, i have definantly toned up and have lost fat! which is good!

Have been doing my workouts as usual since my last post and have started to use my whey powder + malto/dex as a post workout shake. Todays workout i did my cardio, however is was so hot today i didn’t go as hard as i usually do
Anyways, looking forward to my lifting session tomorrow.

I got my whey powder yesturday and i am going to use it today for my post workout meal taken immediatly after my workout. It will be: 1 scoop whey + 1 Scoop malto/dex.
