		<title>Doing more at the gym</title>

<p>I am now doing a boxing class 2 times a week and hitting the gym 3 times a week. This should help me achieve my goal as long as i keep an eye on my food intake.<br />My weekly schedule looks like this &#8211; <br />Mon, wed, fri = Gym (weights)<br />tues, thurs = boxing.</p>
<p>I may need to reanalyse my diet as it has been fairly constant over the past 6+ months, however it may be time for some tweeking.</p>
<p>I also have to seriously reconsider this goal of achieving my abs as i have been trying to cut down to 9% bodyfat for many months now &#8211; my original goal was to get abs by the end of last year.  However it is now march and i still feel that i am no closer to reaching my goal as i did at the start of the year.  Maybe i should just start to bulk.?</p>
<p>Anyways, i now have a more constant workout regime, and at the end of the month I will see where it takes me.</p>
