Doing more at the gym
Sunday, March 4th, 2007I am now doing a boxing class 2 times a week and hitting the gym 3 times a week. This should help me achieve my goal as long as i keep an eye on my food intake.
My weekly schedule looks like this –
Mon, wed, fri = Gym (weights)
tues, thurs = boxing.
I may need to reanalyse my diet as it has been fairly constant over the past 6+ months, however it may be time for some tweeking.
I also have to seriously reconsider this goal of achieving my abs as i have been trying to cut down to 9% bodyfat for many months now – my original goal was to get abs by the end of last year. However it is now march and i still feel that i am no closer to reaching my goal as i did at the start of the year. Maybe i should just start to bulk.?
Anyways, i now have a more constant workout regime, and at the end of the month I will see where it takes me.
