New Program & Diet

My new program and diet have been updated on the “My current program” and “Diet” pages.  I decided to continue on with a 4 day split, i found it too difficult to try and figure out a 2 day program as i felt i would not be able to get a solid workout as i would only be able to work the core muscle groups.

Anyways the program is not 100% finished, it still needs some tweeking ans will probably change slightly.
