Tonights workout

I will be changing up tonights workout (Back and Bicepts) as i will be using my friends gym at his apartment complex.  I’m not sure what i will be doing yet as i dont know what equipment is there, however i will still be targeting my back and bi’s.  Since the gym is mostly a big multistation i’m assumaing that most of my workout will involve mostly cable work and little or no use of free weights (not sure if there are any free weights there).  I guess this will allow me to target slightly different muscles from my usual workout.
