Tuesday Workout
Did my legs today, didnt do as many sets as i did last week, mostly did 2 sets per exercise. Hopefully i wont be as sore this week, last week my legs had DOMS for about 3-4 days.
I took my measurements today and can see that i have thinned out a little over the past 4 weeks. i will have to create a new page to show my progress - maybe if i feel fancy i will do up some graphs.
